Panga

Freshwater fish found only in Vietnamese inland waters  Panga, in recent years  It has had a successful market in America. In the natural environment, Panga puppies found in the Mekong River in Vietnam are raised in ponds. It is harvested when it reaches 1-1.5 kg of height. Most are small-scale and family farms. Panga is a low-fat, white-fleshed fish. In addition to being served as fresh or frozen fillets, it is also consumed in high amounts as coated. Especially European Union countries and Australia prefer this fish.
